Strategy Development & Implementation: frequently asked questions

Which security systems do you design and install?
CCTV and video surveillance, access control, fire detection and alarm, and emergency voice alarm (EVACS) systems — integrated into a central monitoring platform where the operation needs it. For Standard Chartered Bank Ghana we designed and implemented a centralised monitoring system covering 23 branches, 60 ATMs and 800 cameras.
Do you design from a blank sheet or from an assessment?
From the assessment. Designs, procedures and the security master plan are derived from the baseline and gap analysis in Phase 1, so every measure addresses an identified risk rather than a generic checklist.
Can you write our incident response plan and train our staff?
Yes. Incident response planning and security training and awareness are part of this phase; you receive an incident response plan and staff who have been trained to operate it.
Do you provide executive protection?
