A secure client portal for every engagement

From the moment you request an assessment, your engagement now lives in a private, white-label client portal — structured around our methodology, so you always know what stage we're at and what comes next.

Security work depends on trust, and trust depends on knowing what is happening and who can see it. That principle shaped a change we’ve just rolled out: every assessment engagement with S.G. Technologies now runs through a private, secure client portal.

When you request an assessment through our site, you no longer disappear into an inbox. Your engagement is created as a structured project in a dedicated, access-controlled workspace — and you’re invited in to monitor the process through and through.

What you’ll see

The portal is organised around the same three-part methodology we apply to every engagement, so the path is never a mystery:

  • Assessment & Analysis — kickoff, site survey scheduling, the on-site walk-through, and the risk analysis that follows.
  • Strategy Development & Implementation — the recommendations report delivered straight to your portal, the review meeting, and the implementation plan.
  • Ongoing Management & Improvement — follow-up reviews and any move into a longer-term management arrangement.

Each stage shows its status and its key dates. When a report is ready, it lands in your portal as a deliverable rather than an email attachment that gets lost. When we reach a milestone, you see it.

Why a portal, and why this one

Two reasons, both rooted in how we work.

Confidentiality. Security assessments surface sensitive information — vulnerabilities, floor plans, incident histories. That material should not be scattered across email threads. A portal gives every client a separated, permissioned space where their information stays with their engagement and nowhere else.

Discipline. A structured workspace keeps an engagement honest. Phases, owners and dates are visible to both sides, so progress is shared rather than reported. It’s the same reason we anchor our assessments to recognised standards: consistency you can point to.

The portal is fully under the S.G. Technologies name — there’s no third-party branding between you and your engagement.

What it means for new clients

Nothing changes about how you reach us: the assessment request form is the front door, as always. What changes is what happens next. Instead of a quiet wait, you’re brought into a workspace that mirrors exactly how the work will unfold — and you keep that visibility from kickoff through to the final report and beyond.

It’s a small shift with a clear intent: to make a confidential, often complex process feel as orderly and transparent as the security advice it produces.

If you have an engagement with us and haven’t yet received your portal invitation, get in touch and we’ll make sure you’re set up.

FAQ

Questions on this topic

What is the S.G. Technologies client portal?
It is a private, secure, white-label workspace in which every S.G. Technologies assessment engagement now runs. When you request an assessment through the website, your engagement is created as a structured project in a dedicated, access-controlled workspace and you are invited in to monitor progress. It carries the S.G. Technologies name only, with no third-party branding between you and your engagement.
What will I see in the portal during a security assessment?
The portal is organised around the three-part methodology used on every engagement: Assessment & Analysis (kickoff, site survey scheduling, the on-site walk-through and the risk analysis), Strategy Development & Implementation (the recommendations report, the review meeting and the implementation plan), and Ongoing Management & Improvement (follow-up reviews and any longer-term management arrangement). Each stage shows its status and key dates, and reports land in the portal as deliverables.
Why deliver security assessment reports through a portal rather than by e-mail?
Two reasons. Confidentiality: security assessments surface sensitive material such as vulnerabilities, floor plans and incident histories, which should not be scattered across e-mail threads, so the portal keeps each client's information in a separated, permissioned space. Discipline: phases, owners and dates are visible to both sides, so progress is shared rather than reported, in the same way that assessments are anchored to recognised standards.
How do I get access to my portal?
Nothing changes about how you reach S.G. Technologies: the assessment request form on the website is the front door. Once an engagement is created you are invited into the workspace and keep that visibility from kickoff through to the final report and beyond. If you already have an engagement and have not received a portal invitation, get in touch and it will be set up.
