Project Management

We provide Project Management services in order to verify that the designed system is installed on time, on budget, and in accordance with the design specifications. Functions performed during the Procurement Phase of a project:  Assistance in attaching bid documents to the design specifications and drawings in order to release an Invitation To Bid. Locating and inviting qualified Contractors to bid. Leading the pre-bid conference and walk through. Assistance in evaluation of bids, including Contractor qualification reviews.

Functions performed during the Construction Phase of the project: Review and approval of submittals, Check, review, and approve installation progress, Review and approve change orders, Review and approve testing and test reports, Review and approve as-built documentation, Approve Contractor progress payments
